Location is not so good. Hotel itself is pretty new and has that good Sheraton vibe plus room/bed reference for a very acceptable price. As always some things are missing, like wellness was not fully operational, digital key via the app not and the worst of all there was no bread to make a toast sandwich. The breakfast buffet was anyhow not recommendable for 10 euro. All in all for the price it is highly recommended.

We stayed in junior suite in Sheraton Novi Sad as a family for New Year`s Eve and the experience was great overall, as always is. The suite is very comfortable, family and pet friendly. We ordered dinner to our suite from the menu prepared for New Year and very much enjoyed our food, which was prepared with great care and was extremely delicious. Massages we took were fantastic and fixed the problem I`ve been having with my back. Covid measures are executed perfectly, so you feel very much safe and relaxed.
