The rooms are dirty and full of cobwebs, the towels are old and worn out, full of someones hair. WiFi does not work in the rooms.|I had two large spiders in the room that were not removed after alleged cleaning.|The noise from the restaurants inside the resort where weddings are held is unbearable and It was impossible to sleep.|Final touch was when one evening around 11 p.m. a colleague left his room to go to the car park and saw a man enter his room. When he got to the room, a man was coming out of his room and my college asked him what he was doing in his room. The man rudely replied that he was the guard there and that he was allowed to enter in any room.He was extremely rude and offered no explanation. I've traveled all over the world and I've never had a situation like this.|We were in Novi Sad on business trip and the situation in the hotel left us with a bitter taste. Hotel is classified with 4 stars and in my opinion it is worth maybe 2 stars and definitely not for business trip.
