The room we booked smelled so much of cigarettes but upon complaining we were given another room and with a better view as well. The restaurant has a cafe with amazing hot chocolate. The cleaning staff is a bit lousy and you have to remind them again and again to get the room cleaned.

We got the big room, its clean but the carpet needs cleaning or changing, cost us 215sr per night they gave us a discount, the prices of the room depends on the season, it has a receiving area, dining and a small kitchen. Reception guys are cool, some can communicate in english, housekeeping lacks curtesy, if they see you carry things they will turn a blind eye, needs more training in basic housekeeping and hotel management.
