Staying here for two weeks and just speechless by the kind of friendly staff they have. The hotel manager is so welcoming, waiters, front desk and chef all are extremely professional and treated us kindly and with great respect. They are really flexible and ask us for choices about food to add to their buffet. They changed our room too to give us a better bigger one without extra charge. You shouldn’t miss the restaurant because the food is so delicious. The chef has a variety of dishes every day and every thing is just tasty and flavorful. Ask for this chef’s signature when you come. This place simply feels like home not a hotel because of the people who work in it. It’s also so clean and has a beautiful view in rooms and restaurants. There are supermarkets and dry cleaners within a 3 minute walk. Simply a great place for your stay in Jubail.
