The hotel is too expensive compared with value provided. 1. The hotel is old and needs a lot of improvement to cope with other Intercontinental hotels. 2. The hotel lacks activities. I do not see it a place of leisure for families and kids. 3. The swimming pool is very old and full of dead flies and other insects. 4. Breakfast is not attractive neither fresh nor tasty. 5. The hotel cost is not rationalized at all even if it has a private beach. The water in the beach is not clean. 6. The hotel lacks green landscape and the empty spaces are boring and dull. 6. I see the hotel rating as 6.5. The good things about hotel are: 1. Staff are good. 2. Location is great.

Rooms are good with excellent room service, overall experience was great. It will be good if more options for vegetarian can be provided in lunch and dinner. Great beach and landscape. Enjoyed my stay
