This hotel is a 2 star, maximum 3 star at best, the 5 star is a thing of the past.|Unfortunately, the hotel is poorly and unprofessionally managed. A number of issue during my stay made me reaching a conclusion that I will never use this hotel again.|Air Conditioning is either on full power or off, if on is like a jet; in the bathroom only one towel is provided for all tour need. I mean one single towel for hands, face, feet, shower...... Windows not clean to the point is hard to see outside. |Staff is pretty much not useful as anything you may ask is not considered, you may get it or not who knows......|Breakfast is basically only for Asian taste, no western choices, not even basic cereals.|Definitely a poor choice by our agency.|If you look for a western standard hotel, please look elsewhere.

I have stayed in many hotels in Saudi Arabia on business visits, but Mercure Hotel was a horrible experience, rooms were very very dirty, carpet was like they didn’t clean from ages, ordered food in the room, bad quality. I have to call 5-6 times to reception if I need anything. Hotel was not having towels, can anyone believe it, but that’s true, not a single towel in the room, they said all the towels are in laundry. I would give zero rating and strongly recommend waste of money. It is not 5-star hotel it is zero-star hotel.
