We have been periodically living in this hotel for about 5 years now. Every year it gets worse and worse. The Internet is constantly jumping. Good now, bad in five minutes. Some rooms need updating. Showers in particular. The cleaners don't clean the rooms well. There are always other people's hairs on the floor in the bathroom. Breakfast is a different story. If you come a little later from the start of breakfast, then most likely you will find 2 boiled eggs there. If you ask for fried eggs, they will bring them black. Mesboy, which should always be at breakfast, always somewhere, but not in a restaurant! It is impossible to ask someone for something, because there is no one. I ask management to pay attention to the above comments! We have been cooperating with you for a very long time and there are a lot of us. Special thanks to the guys at the reception, who are always smiling and help in various matters) Also, thanks to the Senior Cook for the wonderful lunches and dinners. 🙏
