Novotel Dammam Business Park Hotel is in a great location, with friendly staff, but needs some renovation.on I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip. I was overall impressed with the hotel, but there are a few areas where it could improve. The hotel is located in a great location, between Dammam and Khobar. This made it easy to get to my meetings. The parking at the hotel is also good. I had no problem finding a spot to park my car. My room was quiet and comfortable. The furniture is a bit dated, still using old plug types, but it was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the flexibility of the hotel. I needed to check in late, and they could accommodate me. I am also very thankful to Mrs Lina in the reception for her kindness. She was very kind and provided late check out and went out of her way to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was decent. There was a good selection of food and it was all fresh and tasty. Overall, I think the hotel is a bit outdated and could use some renovation. However, the staff is friendly and the location is great. I would recommend this hotel for a business trip. 🌟Pros: Great location Friendly staff Quiet rooms Flexible staff 🌟Cons: Furniture is a bit dated Hotel is getting old Prices are high Overall, I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 stars.

Several times i visit Novotel Business Park Dammam to stay for a few days before joining the ship, i feel confortable. The Receptionist their name Abdul Aziz and Samah are very kind to give service for check in (fast and nicely).
