Unfortunately the recognition of ALL status is not well handled. At check in i asked for the possibility of late check out and they said yes (staying for 1 night at suite 264) next day around 12 afternoon I received a call that either check out or extend your stay and we cannot grant you late check out!! Luckily since i was having meeting ongoing on the same hotel I checked out directly. Good points: rooms and hallways are clean Restaurant and room service is great. ALL Platinum Member

Value for money - very hospitable front office team and a good location , decent clean rooms - proactive and observant housekeeping staff. Very central location. Overall a good stay - met also leisure guests who were discovering Jeddah, hotel is located to various corporate cubs and local attractions. What’s most important, it feels like home away from home
