This hotel is wonderful. They have an international buffet made by professional chefs. The cleanliness is excellent. It is distinguished by its calm and helpful staff. Their smile never disappears. The swimming pool is wonderful and the view from the rooftop is wonderful. It makes you feel refreshed. I advise everyone to try the hotel.

Dirty stained carpet, evident signs of room had been smoked into with carpet, table and pullout sofa had burned spots. Bathroom had low lighting and when closely looked into could see the tiles to be dirty and greasy. The sink was clogged and was just overall disgusting to use it. We were 4 ppl (2 adults and 2 kids ) staying and only 1 bath and 1 hand towel was provided. Requested housekeeping to provide atleast 4 bath towels the housekeeping had a weird attitude and I was told they can’t give us more. Had to ask again on the reason why and then without really answering me he went and grabbed 3 more towels ( then why decline the first time) The room was without an iron and an iron board. Then they gave us a burnt iron which can burn our clothes. Had to ask housekeeping to provide another iron and they had again an attitude where you could see they were not happy. After that we just stopped asking for anything and just passed our time. It felt like the room was abandoned or a last available that they gave us. Paid so much money and got the worst value.
