It was one of the filthiest rooms I have ever stayed in at a hotel. The carpet was full of dust and stains. They had cramped 5 beds in the small room and there was barely any space to move. The bathroom was not clean as well, and the commode not functioning properly. There was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean either. They have a decent shuttle service but it drops you only half way to the Haram from where you have to go through a steep climb. There were a couple of Pakistani restaurants in Tower 2 so that was good. There are grocery shops inside the hotels so that was a plus point too. Overall it seems a nice location to stay but the poor level of cleanliness in the room is unbearable.

Absolutely no service at all! During the 10 days we were here, no one came to clean our room even once. The reception staff barely speaks English. The rooms are dirty, and they don’t even change towels unless you call the service help, which rarely picks up the phone. The only good thing was the free bus service to Al Haram.
