The only good thing about the hotel is the mattress and the pillow. Rest is all horrible.|I visited this hotel during covid and was way better than now.||Imagine they have spoiled juices in the breakfast its fermented because the chef doesnt even know that using defrosted fruits is like meat it will spoil right after because its not pasteurized.|The whole food selection was horrible. Ban marie was off all hot food is cold. ||A customer saw me talking to the waiter he told me plz tell the reception its been 2 days and were telling them about the juice. It seems the chef even didnt defrost it today..||Can you imagine they are charging 700 sar almost 200$ per night and they are hesitant to put coffee in rooms. They only put milk capsules but not coffee…|and only 2x330ml water. My 2 years old son drinks more than that….||The hotel is not even clean. I checked in the toilet supposed to be sanitized on arrival as per the label but they just keep the label there and do not clear neither sanitize.||Reception speaks to guests while looking at their phone. This is an unknown hospitality value only found in 1 stars motels.||Last thing dont fall for the balcony they are bragging about. U cant see anything but bricks from there.||My last visit

This is probably my fourth or fifth stay at this hotel. I have witnessed how the quality of this hotel, which was very good the first time I stayed, has decreased with each stay. I don't know where they gets the stars Google review page, it probably sounds like a reflection of the sophisticated regional fraud on the stars here. In a more understandable sentence, probably their friends or friends give these stars to increase the hotel's score. Although the hotel is basically clean, the service is very bad. The only service offered by the hotel is two bottles of water per day and the poorest quality nescafe. Another point is that if you are coming from abroad and need to work and have a stable internet, you should forget about it. The night staff absolutely cannot speak a word of English Includin receptionist... you cannot even order food to your room and when you do, it does not come if you are lucky and if come yoi need to argue people to add in the bill on your room. As a result, this hotel you are staying in does not belong in Emerging Riyadh and I recommend you not to stay. This is my last stay in this hotel and it will never happen again.
