If I’m able to give -0 to rate this hotel I will do it without hesitating. The worst experience I’ve ever had. All the staff from the manager to the front desk employees, I spent my last 6 years of my life studying hospitality and tourism managment from associate degree to master on the one of the best Universities in USA, but they did the opposite of what I learned!!, they treated us badly me and my family. The staff need to be trained, as well as their managers. To sum up the situation, one year ago in our first visit at this hotel, we asked the housekeeping to clean our room, and when we get back to the room we will extend our stay for another night, but suddenly without any warning or notice someone from the front desk sent a housekeeper to do a physical check to make sure if we are in or not without our present! ( which is an illegal act), and our stuff is already in the room. Due to that, we had a meeting with the staff and the manager, and they promised to compensate us 3 times, 3 nights to have a suite room paying only the price of a standard room. In our second visit, they give us what they promised, but we decided to extend to one more night and the front desk employee said you can do this tomorrow morning. On the next day, we went to the front desk the employee said the room is already reserved! We said ok is there another suite room? Said no all reserved! So we asked for a solution!, we are a family! We can’t stay in a room with one bed ! Can you send us to another hotel, or give us a connected room? They said yes we can do that !, but suddenly they changed their mind say no you need to pay for the other room!! We speaked with the manager “ Suliman” we explained the situation and the deal that we had a year ago with the staff ( with a prove to be documented!!) and he said don’t be worried you can go and only pay for one room ( for the connected rooms) when you get back!! . After couple of hours, we received a call saying ohh we have a suite available now!! we can move your luggage now!! Is that how a customer supposed to be treated!! Where is ( the customer always right )!! Treat people like how you want to be treated !! they make us felt we are not welcomed in indirect way !! Is this a hotel want to make their customer satisfied!! WARNING !: Don’t not reserve at this hotel !! Because they make customer always wrong !!)
