Been on a 2 nights' stay with colleagues. Hotel location is deceant, service is excellent. Specially thanks to Mr. Othmane Lamine and F&B team who goes above and beyond to create our dining experience. Despite that the lunch buffet is fully booked due to a group event, when noticing we are attracted by the abundant selection of cuisines, Othmane and his team customized a special dining time for us, and serves like a friend. We are deeply touched. Will surely come again upon our next visit to KSA!

We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Hyatt. The space was tidy and spotlessly. The facilities were excellent. The decorations were outstanding. The dining area, foods and waiters were so friendly and professional. It's a perfect place to stay in. All in all, everything is fine, and we will most certainly return. Highly recommended....
