Unfortunately, basic standards for a 7th floor DBL room are not met. For our check in, we waited for 45 minutes to take an elevator and we couldn’t find any stairs. After speaking with few of the staff members about this issue, they were so rude and disrespectful, also saying third party was the one to blame ( apparently people who didn’t know how to use their elevator or tourist guide who didn’t gave them the instructions!). Maybe if the hotel had the reception on the ground floor and not on the 7th floor, staff would be able to see that there are some issues. I’m thinking what would happen in the case of emergency! Room is small, toilet and shower are basically in your bedroom divided only with a glass wall. For a hair dryer you have to go to the reception and we didn’t locate remote control for our tv ! So we couldn’t use it. The room is next to the elevators so you can image how loud it is. Another night in this “hotel” and never coming back again!

I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The room was impeccable cleaned by Fatime when I arrived. The location is amazing, very close to the bus and train station and you can walk to the river in a few minutes. Breakfast is very nice and fresh and with good options. I would like to highlight the support of Maja during my booking. Patricja was very helpful and gave many good recommendations on what to do in the city. And Aleksandr the security was also very nice and sympathetic. I would definitely return as the city and the property are amazing. Would definitely return.
