We had a very pleasant stay for one week at the Kempinski Portoroz - 5 star experience. Very nice room. All staff members were very kind and professional during our entire stay. Breakfast very good, exquisite selection (cold cuts, fresh fruit and salad, wide selection of breads and pastry, egg of wish station, tea selection station). Good lobby bar with restaurant-like servings. Nice sauna and pool area (used indoor only, we stayed off-season). Beautiful area, directly opposite to the promenade/Adriatic sea with restaurants and a fantastic view. We'll come back. Thanks to the whole team for this pleasant stay!

This was my first time staying at Kempinski Palace Portoroz and it certainly won't be my last. The thing that set this stay apart was the outstanding service. From the moment we checked in, to the wonderful service at breakfast, to the pool/spa and the Fleur de Sel restaurant it was impeccable. Very professional, attentive and friendly staff - it's been a very LONG time since I've experienced such outstanding service in a hotel! Bravo and thank you for making it such an enjoyable experience. Worth every penny!!
