We stayed here for 6 days. The rooms are standard, nice overall. We were waiting 2 days for the cleaning staff to come (with the paper outside on the doorknob), but we were ignored. Tried to call the reception several times for clean towels - nobody picked up the phone. We basically had to fetch the towels ourselves. Definitely not a 4* hotel experience…even the main hotel, that is supposed to be a 5* hotel, is not even close to 5 stars… Food was average. The hotel bar closes at 11pm - we were not served at 10:45pm, because the barista lady told us that she already closed the counter 😫 Pretty disappointing… The spa is very nice though. At the check in we received 0 information about the facilities, so we has to figure everything about by ourselves. For example, we had no idea that the big pool closer to the beach was free of charge for the guests. On our first night, we could not use the parking area (that costs 13€ per day) because it was full…I mean, what?!?!?! :) A 4* hotel does not have their own parking area? Joke. Otherwise, the restaurant staff was always super nice and friendly! The main host/restaurant manager was especially friendly and always in a good mood.
