We stayed here as a part of our trip in Slovenia. I must admit that, taking into account that the hotel has only 3*, it was adorable stay and we were nicely surprised. The staff is simply amazing here, this way, I would like to say hi and thank especially to Martin from the front desk, who was awesome and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets are rich and everyone can find something to eat (I would maybe appreciate more vegetarian/vegan options + suggest better description of meals, as sometimes they were completely missing or written only in Slovenian or German language). Room was small but cozy and cleaned everyday, with all the necessary equipment, so no objections here. As part of Remisens complex, you also have free access to pool lounge near sea, with one large swimming pool and kids pool, with a lot of loungers, which you will appreciate, as lounges at sea side are very costy (20e/day) and alternatively you can put towel on a boiling concrete pier, which is very unpleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our time spent here, in Portorož and would definitely stay here again.

We got a different room than booked!! The front desk didn't even bother to fix their mistake! The room was in bad condition, no curtains or blinds for the sun, the room was dirty,.. Hot food at breakfast was always cold (scrambled eggs, fried bacon,...). The coffee tastes burnt, the glasses were dirty! The only plus in all Hotel was the friendly staff at breakfast - only elderly ladies. Not coming back!
