An excellent hotel: - Staff: polite, flexible - Wellness: Divided into 18+ and all ages section. Open all day (10 am - 9pm).Multiple saunas (steam baths, Finnish saunas, herbal, menthol etc.), multiple bubble baths, one big indoor pool and during summer outdoor pool and bubble baths. You can book for up to 4 people private spa (includes sauna, bubble bath, bar service) - the price is 70 EUR per 1 hour. What I missed was the aromas for the Finnish saunas. - Rooms: The room was perfect, I am not a fan of separate mattresses in a double bed but had no issues with this one. Bathrooms will be shortly renovated. - Location: unfortunately not the best location, not many things to do in the short proximity but there are two nearby bigger cities for attraction (Banska Bystrica and Zvolen). The hotel premises are beautiful and offers a chance for mini golf (12 EUR / game), tennis, pool (free of charge) and even more during the summer. - Catering: the food was exceptional. Dinner was separated into two groups (earlier from 17:30 and a later from 19:30) and breakfast is from 7:30 till 10:30.
