We stayed there for 2 days, so pros and cons Of out visit. Good: the rooms were clean and nice. They don't have a huge menu but the food was good and I left wanting to try a few other dishes. The area of the ocean you are allowed to access is one of the nicest one's I have been to. The waves were smooth and you can go pretty deep without the water being too high. The pool is massive so plenty of space for you to go around without feeling crowded. Friendly, safe and nice environment. Bad: I don't have any strong negative reactions... BUT, I have some things to mention that you can consider. They only have streaming apps available in the rooms so if you want to use the tv you have to enter your personal accounts. I wasn't comfortable with that so I preferred watching stuff on my computer but apparently there was an issue with their service provider and it took a while for us to get our connections working. They said it doesn't happen all the time but I don't know if that is the truth or not until next time I visit. The staff is, for the most part, nice and helpful but you can find the occasional bad apple that you order something to and doesn't comeback in like 45 minutes when the rest get the job done in like 10, so it depends on who you get basically. I don't know if it was just our luck, but it felt like the air conditioner would turn off after a while and then back on. So at night I would wake up at times freezing and other times sweating. Also, the water they use for the showers seems to be filtered from the ocean so it's a bit salty, is not super annoying but it can upset some people. Overall, give it a shot, I know I took more time talking about the "maybes" of the hotel but the good things make up for it for the most part. It could be that the things I had issues with are not a problem to you at all, but I gotta say, even with the things I mentioned I wouldn't mind going back someday.
