Too expensive for the quality of service and quality of rooms. Not the worst but also NOT the best. I would consider other options before choosing this one. The tv 📺 only worked with apps while my dad’s had cable and everything. In addition my room was small and had an odd smell while my dad’s was twice as big, seemed and felt much better even though we paid the same price. ($145) It also had more amenities. The receptionist did not even know the check in and check out time. We were also not even done eating but we’re just starting to eat and just because the kitchen was closing at 9pm the waitress was asking questions about the check. She was sweet and nice but it felt like we were being rushed! I have never been at a hotel where the waitress play so many rolls at a hotel. She was in the reception, in the restaurant and on the street. My stay has been awkward and somewhat uncomfortable so far. Food is somewhat okay I guess but also not the best. I have never seen an owner responding the way you do here. The tv is not too smart, no need to come and offend your customers here. Prices on rooms are equitable, therefore their style should be too. Your customers provide feedback for you to improve, not for you to respond defensively! Your business will never grow if you continue responding this way. Instead of using this constructively to improve.
