This is a tough one. First of all, the hotel rooms are modern and the property is located is a very nice area, close to the airport. However, service is practicably none existent. My wife and I spent a weekend, had to change rooms because of no telephone and leak in the toilet. We were happy for the move, only to find that the TV did not work and there was no one to fix it. The new room lacked furniture and the floors are dirty. I would not return.
I got stuck on a 14 hour layover in sint maarten. I figured I'd just stay at the airport but it closes at 9pm. Got a $15 taxi to this hotel. I don't know much about the area I stayed in but it was very close to the "towers", local eateries and stores. I just remember a lot of hotel's, stores and lights on the taxi ride over. The hotel was fully booked and there is nowhere nearby if you are on a limited budget. The receptionist took pity on me and cleaned a room for me so I could get to stay, awesome lady. The room was very comfortable. I mean very. Nice bed and I didn't want to get out of the shower. It felt so good. Nice space to stay
