Located in a quiet street near Kata Beach. Resort is really clean and gives off a really relaxing vibe. The only gripe is because it's slightly off the busier streets, while quiet, it does mean going to landmarks or tourist spots will be a hassle and require some walking or biking or on hailing. Easy access to two 7Eleven marts nearby. Room is really clean and facilities are great. Also gives off a very traditional look and vibe that makes you feel really relaxing. The only problem I have are water pressure where it will be uneven at intervals with sudden burst of cold water followed by piping hot water. So keep that in mind. Sound proofing of the room isn't the best. Pool is great with a bar alongside for a quick booze. I did not try the spa or gym. Breakfast included with my booking was a typical hotel buffet. Not too great but not bad either. I recommend the local noodles! General service of workers of the hotel is superb. Great smiles, good manners and hospitality.

One of the best value for money resorts! friendly and helpful team, good breakfast (nice surprise this is included). A small gym and two Saunas above the gym. Walkable to several coffee shops and restaurants, and bike shops right across the street if you need a scooter. Oh and a couple of very friendly cats taking a snooze in the lobby. Overall my wife and I felt this is a great spot for the price! Thank you Aurico!
