One of the best sea view in Kata Area! We really like our apartment, it’s was fully equipped and large, with fantastic view. Massage, restaurant and spa on the territory, 5 pools, small shop in few steps. In 5 minutes walk there is a street with restaurants and 7/11. We rented a car, so it was easy to reach the beach, walking it’s in 20 minutes, driving - 5 minutes. There are few agents who make rentals, we booked through the office and can say that staff is really very helpful and nice. Recommend!
A friend has 2 condos here that he has to unfortunately sell or rent due to health reasons. Nice place, great views of Kata Beach & surrounding area & big Buddha, but get ready to walk some stairs! I didn't mind that part, but disabled should reconsider. Freehold or leasehold units available for rent. This seems to be an 'upper-scale' place with nicer cars and fashion wearing folks. Great for a nice getaway, or long stay. Small conveinance store & laundry on site. Vegetarian restaurant open just up the hill. 👍👍
