Not great, a lot of disappointment, but not the worst experience either. A lot of false advertising. The resort is old and a bit run down. Cleanliness is not horrendous, but not great either - our sheets were stained with blood, the reception came to change them and replaced them with other ones that had yellow stains. Breakfast is plentiful, but very poor quality (especially the fruit, most tasteless fruit I’ve had in my life - which is weird for Thailand, where fruit is cheap and amazing). Very heavy food for breakfast (more like lunch). A lot of the cups are broken or chipped, everything is worn down. We had a Blue Wing Royal room with mountain view - no view, our room was facing other rooms with a corridor between them. They say it’s close to the beach, but you actually have to walk around a resort that’s in front for about 10-15 minutes to get to the beach. Staff at the reception is slow. Gym has very poor, few and old machines, with missing buttons / broken, etc. Pools were alright, only downside is they close very early at 7PM. Only stay here if you have no better option available, otherwise you can skip this place and find something newer, with better facilities.
