Good location, very close to the beach, not central but in such a small city as Kata Beach you close to everything.||The rooms are ok, you really don't need more than a bed and a bathroom. If you like to invite people maybe the rooms are a bit small and so is the balcony.||Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy and not so many choices but you don't have to go hungry. The wifi has low quality though.||Been there 3 times, only hotel I've stayed at in Thailand, going there again end of February and never concidered to stay anywhere else. I prefer the mountain view rooms since the beach side has full sun during the afternoon so you can't stay on the balcony when you get home from the beach, it's too hot there. The "noice" from the street doesn't bother me at all. The fridge is not very big, need some logistic skills to make sure you always have cold beers.||Always do my booking directly with the hotel, no problems at all and they also pick you up at the airport. You can also use them as taxi if you like to go somewhere.
