Excellent resort. Shopper at the front desk helped us to check-in and check-out. Here are the reasons for why one should consider this resort. 1. Excellent service by their staffs. 2. Swimming pool 3. Walkable distance to the Kata beach. It takes 5 minutes to walk into beach (you know, the beach is very safe for swimming and we all enjoyed) 4. Food is very good (If you are looking for Indian food, it may not have varieties but still you can manage because of the items like Eggs, Fried rice, etc. which are delicious). 5. Room service (You call to front desk, within 5 minutes they will come to you) 6. Very spacious and clean bath rooms 7. Walkable distance to the night market (we happened to visit only one day before leaving, so could not explore more. You will get cheap clothes and fishes to eat here) It may look bit expensive, but it's worth for the money. (If you are not worried about the cost, book this resort for the peace of mind).

This is a good hotel, but was not good value for money. Cons. 1. Considering the price we paid, the breakfast was very limited with no soup station, same dishes everyday, two types of curry, fried rice, vegetables and egg station. Limited fruit selection, dried pastries. 2. Only one small, dated elevator for two buildings. 3. Cleaning is ok, not the cleanest. 4.Massage was ok. We got kids massage and our son got terrible rash from the oil used. So better be careful of alergic reactions. Pros. 1. Good pool. 2. Childrens playroom was very well equipped. 3. Good location close to the beach. We didn't mind walking up the hill. 4. Staff very friendly, reception is professional and helpful.
