Stayed here for 5 nights and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool is great for both adults and kids and there is a back gate (for guests only) which takes you out on to the road leading straight to the beach which is very convenient. Rooms were very clean and the cocktails at the bar are good too. Location is very convenient, very close to Kata Beach and Karon Beach.

I don't recommend this place if you have some flexibility on budget. The amount we spent for a family suite - I know we could have stayed at a real luxury place. This is just a 3 star hotel. My kids did love the water slide and the movie/pasta night was a nice family touch. The lobby is also nice and welcoming - the hanging chairs are lovely. ||However, overall we did not like. The rooms were dated, floor/paint peeling in our room. Hallways dingy. Not enough lounge chairs at pool. All the outdoor cushions are stained. Eating area never felt clean. Kata beach is also incredibly crowded, as is the road outside. But the location is central so I guess that's why they can charge the rates they do. And for what it's worth - this area/hotel/nearby by beach are taken over by Russians. It feels more like being in Russia than Thailand. We ended up spending most of our days on other prettier/quiter beaches about 20-30 min drive.
