Lovely hotel, Aztec themed and geared for kids. Food and drink prices are higher than normal but it's to be expected on Phuket (Kata/Karon). Majority of clientele are of Russian descent, then Asian (Korean/Chinese), this is the norm across the island. The activity pool is great, kids love it. Decent gym and kids club. The rooms are great, were in a fanily room (very large and comfortable super king + bunk for kids). Lovely shower, ice cold Aircon, good water pressure. Location is good, in the middle of Kata. Staff are attentive as expected if you are respectful. This is the same anywhere, be respectful to the staff and it will be reciprocated.

Pamookkoo is an amazing hotel. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Everything was perfect - warm and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room. The wifi was working perfectly fine. The hotel has a nice swimming pool with fun slides and a gym. Also, it's conveniently located - just a few minutes from beautiful Kata Beach and a few steps from restaurants, bars, and street food market. Recommended!
