The staff from cleaners up are amazing cannot do enough for you very helpful. The children's area for toddlers needs updating and so do the rooms. But the hotel itself is spotless. Meals I don't think they cater for young children or for English. Private beach area is full of plastic bottles cans and plastic bags the toilets are disgusting and un hygienic need a good clean. Hotel should check the toilets at the beach.
Went for one week all inclusive and my 1st time to Tunisia .I had read the reviews on this hotel and wasnt really expecting too much as many reviews were horrid. I was pleased with how clean the hotel was and the staff worked very hard on reception All the waiters were incredibly polite and had many laughs with them Rooms were.a.little dated and need a little attention but had a fabulous balcony overlooking the pool This is probably a 3 star hotel at best but you get what you pay for ! So was overall very happy with my stay
