The hotel is great, very clean and calm, the service and the staff are extremely friendly. Food for the breakfast was diversified and acceptable. We had a sea view room which was so good. We’ve noticed that the room is very dark at night, so maybe more lighting is needed. The only disadvantage is being far from the city center where every time we had to use taxi which costs around 350 Turkish lira, the transportation is expensive and there is no public transportation in trabzon

I should have wrote a review the day I stayed here. Honestly the staff, breakfast, and room service were above and beyond. Only one thing was off and the rest of the place does not deserve the lack of review or taking stars. So far we have been to several other Hilton hotels in other cities and we definitely miss this one. Yes, we miss the cookie.
