Worst experience in a hotel so far, and this is a 5 star hotel. I've stayed in way better 2 star hotels. Rooms are terrible. We saw a double bed room, then a twin bed room in different floors, didn't matter. Both were falling apart. Flaking paints torn wall papers, holes in towels, rusted handles. The sheets seemed clean, but in 2 days i had an average sleep of 3 hours because of stupid elevator beep and truck noises outside. Worst part was the staff. I would never stay here even if they payed me to do so.

Simply disappointment. Perhaps 3*. Breakfast substandard, no selection of teas, no fruits, tasteless bread, no sweats... Room spacious but ... omnipresent smell from smoking (got allergic reaction) and kitchen ( even in 7th floor). Quite noisy ( elevator, rooms nextdoors, tv from lobby...) Veeery slow wifi. Service is ok, personnel helpful, room is clean.
