Large balcony in rooms, bathroom door functioned also as shower door. Love the design and interior decoration of the whole hotel. Comprehensive service and considerate provisions for guests. Information sheets with QR codes to Google map lists of tourist attractions and food places as well as hotel information were provided. Very family and children friendly hotel. Air Hockey and Foosball tables as well as cookies, coffee and chocolate ice cream provided for adults and children at level 1. Large lounge space to sit and chat with a mural of Chiayi in the background. Umbrellas provided at the entrance. Good breakfast spread. Very near Ge Zai Lai Turkey Rice shop and RT Mart. Free BRT shuttle bus to HSR Chiayi from bus transfer station. About 27 minutes walk to Wenhua Night Market. Would recommend this place to families with young children and elderly to stay in Chiayi.

We had a really nice stay here. We stayed here for one night before and for one night after our 2-day tour through Alishan. This is one of the best hotels we stayed at in Taiwan. It was everything we expect from IHG/Holiday Inn Express and it was delightful to experience that in Chaiyi. The room was clean and comfortable. The gym and laundry were great and the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great although not consistently vegetarian friendly (one day yes, one day no). We would definitely stay here again.
