The room was well equipped, clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The spa/gym was very nice with a world class masseuse. The only complaint I had was a slightly unpleasant smell in the room. I couldn’t tell if it was mustiness or something coming through the bathroom drains. I did not raise the issue while I was there because I thought there would be little that could be done to alleviate it. I will still stay there again given my overall positive experience.

The hotel was very beautiful with large rooms and helpful and kind staff. The food at the restaurants was fantastic. The pool and hot tub really nice too. I only wish I had known they had a sister hotel up north and I would have booked it instead of the place we stayed in the Beitou District.
