Wow, so many great things about this hotel. |Christmas decor literally across Central Park, location is unbeatable. MRT station is at the park, which is literally across the street. Rooftop bar and view were amazing.|Staff hospitality was great! Friendly, spoke good English, so nice, festive and helpful.||The room was incredible, granted I was in the best room of the hotel.|Floor to ceiling windows, cute modern whimsical decor, very useful cubby shelves, comfortable spacious beds, free water & snacks, fast wifi.||The masterpiece was the bathroom. The adjoining tub and shower make your stress melt away. The makeup table was great, good disposable amenities (toothbrush, razor, hand cream, etc)||Breakfast was a nice chinese and western spread, but relatively expensive.||A huge Japanese department store is nearby, modern shops and restaurants.|A night market is a 20-minute safe walk.||Highly recommend.|

Service 100! We arrived in Kaohsiung and had a mishap with our preschooler. The hotel staff - particularly Ms Elsie Ou - came to our assistance promptly, accompanied and stayed with us at A&E throughout, from 5+pm to 9pm. She insisted on staying with us to help us with the procedures and translation as she anticipated that we will not be familiar with it. Her presence served as a great source of comfort to me from the whirlwind of events, and we cannot express our gratitude enough. Thank you Ms Elsie! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Staff are extremely courteous, kind and helpful. Location is great with a lot of branded and local shopping within 100m, and gets us to places very quickly - metro station and bus stop right outside the hotel! Room deco is hip and modern, with unique layout. Rooftop bar has spectacular view. We will definitely pick this hotel for our subsequent Kaohsiung trips!
