The price through FHR was very reasonable, just slightly over $200. A few days prior to my stay, the hotel had sent me an email, and I responded with an update request. On the day of check-in, they provided me with a Harbor View Suite, which was quite spacious, located on a middle floor, and had a decent but not extraordinary view.||||I used the $100 credit at the Japanese restaurant downstairs for a two-person set menu. As for breakfast, I personally found it to be more extensive compared to big name Taipei hotels. They served my ordered dishes directly to the table, eliminating the need to wait, which I appreciated. Overall, a positive experience.

As an InterContinental member, I look forward to every stay and trip here. Whether enjoying the trip alone or celebrating the holidays with friends, InterContinental Kaohsiung is my first choice. The staff are very capable and familiar with the needs of the guests while providing considerate services. Restaurant staff can greet guests in the morning and carefully inquire about meal needs, making people feel more energetic. I really like that the breakfast meals are exquisite and do not waste ingredients. Drinking a cup of coffee and hot tea prepared by the staff can feel the difference of the InterContinental Hotel. I look forward to visiting again on my next trip to southern Taiwan and experiencing different surprises.
