What a dreadful experience! My first encounter with a hotel that strictly allows check-in only at 3 pm without exceptions. We arrived at 2 pm after a long flight, and despite the room being ready, they insisted on adhering to their policy. After registering at 2:40 pm, we were asked to wait at the side with the promise of receiving our room key soon. However, at 3 pm, when the official check-in time began, they started attending to other guests in the queue, seemingly ignoring us near the counter. At 3:30 pm, we had to queue to finally get our room card, and their staff claimed our room was ready but they were too busy. Are we invisible standing infront of your counter? To worsen matters, our bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten! Despite informing the hotel reception and them instructing a thorough cleaning, I still had 2-3 bites afterward. This sister company of Caesar Hotel is truly subpar 👎🏻

Great place to stay if you wanna explore Taipei but prefer not to stay in busy/noisy locations. This hotel is in the heart of Banqiao district with just few steps away from the MRT station with a shortcut route via Caesar Park Hotel. The room is not huge but serves its purpose. Overall friendly staff & clean environment!
