location is the only worthwhile factor when you book this hotel. located right next to the major government buildings and equipped with a large size meeting room make it perfect for conference choice in the medium size city of taichung, where decent hotel choice are very limited. otherwise just a very ordinary hotel: rooms are new and clean and equipped with most basic amenities. restaurants are small, and guests need to be rationed to two time slots for breakfast. small and basic gym and sauna. hotel somehow smells of sewage. reception has little knowledge of the surrounding and when asked to recommend some place to eat around to hotel, she had to resort to Google map.

Relatively good business and family hotel. Gym and pool good ( not heated- outdoor) Level 24 Restaurant very good. Breakfast area is mad scramble around hordes of hungry locals. Hotel car 45 mins late in pick up at airport but got given a bottle of wine by reception as apology.
