Large, clean and comfortable room and toilet. Toiletries, towels and room amenities are refreshed daily. They even retail their shampoo, bath gel and lotion at the lobby product display area! Service was excellent and has very good spread of buffet breakfast and big dining area. Strongly recommended for family. Also conveniently connected to large malls.

Excellent service from hotel staff and great location that offers shopping and night market. However the rooms were dirty and look outdated. The morning breakfast was a total disaster. Diners and hotel guests were fighting for foods and most plates were empty without refilling. The worst was the stupid display the hotel placed on 6, 7, 8 and 9 floor that supposed to be cool but make guests go around it confusingly to get to their rooms. I don’t recommend this place at all.
