First time stay in this hotel. It was a great experience. My room was upgraded to the top floor with a view of 101 tower, which is always great with stunning view. The bathtub in the bathroom was always bonus point, especially I do enjoyed this tub. All the staff members was super friendly and helpful, it always makes you felt great. The breakfast was nice, with all kind of the variety which is good for depending on my mood what I feel like for the moment. For sure will be back!

Although there was a slight disappointment as the promised room upgrade for a better view didn't meet expectations, this was overshadowed by other exceptional services. One of the major commendations goes to the cleaning service staff for their meticulous and attentive work. Breakfast was well-served, although a bit more variety might be appreciated by guests staying for extended durations. The hotel bar offers fantastic beverages. The taste and presentation truly elevated my evenings. The lounge provides a serene and comfortable ambiance, a perfect spot to unwind or spend quality time with friends or family. A special shout-out to the concierge staff who were extremely helpful throughout my stay. Responsive, informative, and always wearing a smile. Lastly, for those keen on staying fit during their travels, the hotel's gym is comfortably equipped and offers a comprehensive range of equipment. Overall, the Courtyard Downtown Taipei offers a blend of comfort and top-notch service. I would certainly consider returning in the future.
