This stay was family trip in Taiwan for 6 days. The hotel exceeded expectations and we have traveled a fair amount of places to judge . First the front desk attendants speak English and are very welcoming. We had a King suite which was perfect because it’s essentially a 2 bedroom for family. The walk in closet is the largest I’ve seen and was able to use it as a dressing room which made it easier than taking clothes into the bathroom to change. The room was very high tech with master light switches and air conditioning control for each room. The bathroom had a smart toilet for those who know how to use it but it was user friendly if u just wanted manual flush like home. The shower was always hot and also large with handrail for safety. The room did not have a microwave but it did have a refrigerator stocked with complimentary water, soda and tea. You also had the option to make hot coffee or tea in the room but the service for|Breakfast is so good , I went right for the coffee at breakfast . Can’t say enough about the attention to details like providing water every day and replenishing towels and toiletries. There is a robot service also that brought ice for us. They make recommendations and reservations at restaurants. However the hotel also has a good selection of foods to choose from. Most of all the location of the hotel is within walking distance of the subway and bus stations and plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. A bonus was that we kept our luggage after checkout for a late flight The staff is professional and friendly speaking to us every time we walked past . Highly recommended a stay here especially for Americans .
