I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The overall stay was quite enjoyable, with several standout features. The professional staff left a positive impression from the moment I checked in. They were courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival. The in-room dining service was a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, and the prompt delivery to my room made dining convenient and enjoyable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of travel and activities. However, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. Firstly, the hotel corridor appeared dated. A refreshed look would enhance the overall ambiance. Additionally, my experience at the pool was slightly marred by an encounter with the pool staff, who asked to see my access card. While I understand the need for security, their approach came across as somewhat abrupt. But I must say, the pool staffs are warm and friendly.

At the hotel for 3 days so far. Very friendly and helpful staff! Has more doorperson and concierge staff than any hotel I've been to. Even cleaning staff say hello to you in the hallway. Has a lot of room amenities such as humidifier, pants presser, iron etc. Looking forward to the next 4 days at the hotel. Just an update after returning home. Staff at the hotel is awesome and the food is first rate. Checking out was quick and concierge staff very helpful and quick in finding us a taxi to the airport. Couldn't say enough good things on how friendly, courteous and professional staff are. Cleaning staff kept our room immaculate, supplied with water and an occasional treat. Fresh towels daily and generally clean our room once we leave. Only one suggestion, the pool was drained and closed after the summer and we were unable to use the pool even though the temperature is between 25 and 30 degrees celsius in October. Perhaps consider keeping the pool open longer in accordance with the weather and temperature? Otherwise thank you again for a wonderful stay.
