Very good location of Taipei city center. Metro station just beside the hotel, one min walking distance. KFC, MCDONALD'S, Starbucks and other international food chain are very close. Room cleanliness, facilities was good. Complementary breakfast was delicious. Their staff attitude and service not good at all. Very unnecessarily they keep waiting their guest at lobby. Need to improve in these staff attitude. Otherwise everything is good 👍.

We stayed at Sheraton a few times before they were part of Marriott. The hotel is in a central location near MRT Stations. You can get there by taking MRT blue line, stop at Shan Dao Temple station. Exit 2 is closest to the hotel. Walk straight for a few steps after exiting Exit 2, the hotel is on your left. Our room was a standard room with a view of a residential area. Hotel was packed during our stay. Check in before 3pm was not possible. 3pm check in or later seemed a standard practice at least during our trip in Taiwan. We arranged a day trip to avoid long waiting for the room. There are eateries around hotel area, but it is very convenient to take MRT to night markets for Taiwan street foods. The popular “阜杭豆浆” (Fu Hang Soybean Breakfast Eatery) is not far from the hotel, close to MRT Exit 5. They open from 5:30am to noon. But you have to be prepared to stand in line for 1 or 2 hours. We were there at 6am but still in line for 15 minutes. Staff at the hotel was helpful and polite. We didn't have any service issues.
