The apartments are very good. The hotel is a 15mins walk from the CBD. However, the communication between staff at the apartments and at BMK is poor which can be a bit inconvenicing. Food portions at BMK cafe are very generous. Must be the Baganda culture.
I have stayed multiple times at this place during my business visits to Kampala. This place has very comfortable serviced apartments suitable for single persons as well as family. The apartments are very clean, airy, receiving ample sunshine and well maintained on daily basis. The manager of the property Mr Fredrick is a very supportive fellow and ensures that the check-ins are super smooth and hassle free. The in-house restaurant at the property BMK cafe has multiple food options. The F&B staff is welcoming and the Chef listens carefully to the special instructions given regards to the liking of the guests. I definitely recommend people to consider this place during their business/leisure travel to Kampala.
