Stayed here with my father and a younger brother. Great rooms, wide choice for breakfast and top location close to a smaller chairlift which is never crowded. One thing which was a bit weird is that despite 1,900$ a night rooms, you have to pay 100$ to use a steam room and a tiny pool with a jacuzzi. Understandably to pay for spa treatments, but to use the facilities when you’re already paying a premium price for a hotel is honestly a joke.
This is a review for the spa only. I had a 60 minute massage with Farrah. I have had massages at hotels all over the world and this one was by far one of the best. She listened to every issue I was having, gave recommendations for at home relief, etc. She has great energy and you should ask for her if staying at the hotel. I hope the spa sees this and rewards their staff. The only issue is we wish the hot tub was unisex to enjoy together pre-treatment, however, we used the one outside by the pool which was nicely laid out. The locker had two lefts for the slippers which was corrected. Overall a 5+ star spa experience.
