Heater and shower did not work. When we let the front desk know they would not switch our room because they say they were all booked up. Stayed there a week, had to buy our own heater because they wouldn’t refund us our money. Then the last 3 days we were there they didn’t even have toilet paper. They also stopped serving breakfast all together so they need to take that off the website as that is false advertisement. Front desk was extremely rude I would never stay there ever again and recommend nobody to stay at this horrible dirty hotel. Worst experience with a hotel ever in my life. They really need to get knew management in there. Unacceptable beyond words!!
My family and I are currently staying at this location. I do not recommend the grounds are covered with dog feces and needles among baggies everywhere. Seems like most of the hotel staff lives here and are OK with the drug dealing and the prostituting. Paid for two rooms with two double beds. I got two rooms with a king bed, and a couch and no mattresses in the couch to make into a bed. When they finally did bring a mattress, they said it outside of my door when I looked at them, I thought that they were on the way to the dumpster and somebody just Leaned them there. I wouldnt even let my dogs sleep on those mattresses. The cleanliness of the rooms is absurd. When I brought things up to the main manager, she apologized and said she just got transferred to this location and would give us a 5% discount. Didn’t seem like they cared much to improve the standards. I do not recommend.
