Our flight was canceled and the airline gave us a complimentary room at this location. The shuttle picked us up within a reasonable time giving the distance from the hotel. Te front desk staff was kind and helpful. The only negative feedback would be the rooms. Although they are fairly clean. Serious updating is needed and carpet cleaning. Especially in the hallways.

Bed is comfy, room is clean, walking distance to Denny's which was really good. However. The front desk staff that night really needs a lesson or two in service and communication. "Ya" and "I don't know" should not be a part of their vocabulary. I found them rude and in a hurry. The young lady the next morning was very sweet and polite, the breakfast choices were extensive, and the kitchen staff was friendly.
