Stayed there for three nights New Year's weekend. The location was great and the room was beautiful and clean. The television went out for several hours. Was told by the desk there was a Wi Fi problem in the hotel. The food in the restaurant needed to be warmer and we sent our coffee back because it was lukewarm. I also wished that there was a microwave in my room and more hooks in the bathroom. Our bed was was very comfortable.

Nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. They offer shuttle services to the mall and Sunny Isles beach from 10am to 6pm, which is great. For beach goers it would be nice to start the shuttle service a bit earlier. Parking around the beach is a nightmare so this service is a must. Room service and reception staff were great. The Google Maps directions were a bit difficult to follow, the access from the Courtyard Hotel is not very visible. Maybe adding some signs would help.
