Great venue for business traveller's also if you're traveling with family, my kids enjoyed the swimming pool area, which had a table tennis board and a pool table. Food is on the more expensive side but the rooms were great, nice and spacious, very clean, the only drawback was when we used the shower the water seeped outside into the toilet area, we had to lay down a few towels to use the toilet after taking showers, maybe it was only that one specific room (room 911). Not a lot to do in the area, beaches are a 15min drive but the water was very rough when we went. All in all it was a great hotel to stay at for a couple days.

Our room was clean. A few issues... Bed is hard. The shower cover did not cover the hole. The shower door didn't shut all the way. The shower temp was slightly above luke-warm. We couldn't get the heat to come on, maintaince told us to shut off the fan/ac and didn't offer any solution to actually get heat...only to not have a/c. On Day 3, housekeeping came in took our used towels but did not replace any. I put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, housekeeping still came in. We only had 1 drinking glass. I asked for another, was given 2 coffee cups. Pros: Food in restaurant was good. Cleanliness. Staff in restaurant was friendly. Did not have regular contact with front desk staff, we arrived on 12/15 around 2 am and no one was at the desk. Nice to have a cook top and refrigerator available to use. (RM 1003) Blackout shades work amazing!
