Excellent except there is NO air conditioning in the rooms. Open windows and the provided fans help, but folks should know what they are getting into. Our room temp was around 78 degrees during the day/early evening. Some folks will be OK with that, but if you like cool rooms, keep looking. Other than that, the hotel was lovely, with a great fitness facility, pool area, free parking, excellent housekeeping, and friendly service.

Love the location and the facility. Attention to detail. Been coming here for years. Only gotcha is normally air conditioning isn’t needed in Avon - and they don’t have it in the rooms. A hot spell in July came, but they provided many fans to help as much as they could.
